Terms of Use

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use Beetsol.

2. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to Beetsol. We do not claim ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Beetsol a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, index, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or terminate your account.

Beetsol targets 99.5% platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Subscription and Payment

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes.

6. Cancellation and Data Retrieval

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@beetsol.com. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data (including uploaded content, user records, and analytics) will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export by contacting info@beetsol.com. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

7. Termination by Beetsol

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in misuse, or if required by law. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before termination. In cases of immediate security risk or legal obligation, we may act without prior notice. Upon termination by Beetsol for cause, no refunds will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

The Beetsol platform, including its software, design, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Beetsol. Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service under these terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Beetsol relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver core platform functionality. While we carefully select and monitor these providers, service disruptions outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability. For third-party services connected by you (such as CRMs or support tools), we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beetsol's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Beetsol in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Beetsol harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Assignment

Beetsol may assign or transfer this agreement, including any rights and obligations, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, without your prior consent. You will be notified of any such transfer. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your account.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
